The gunman who shot dead two classmates at Monash University in 2002 is suspected of stabbing a doctor at a high-security psychiatric hospital on Tuesday. Fairfax Media understands that Huan Yun Xiang, who is serving a custodial sentence at Fairfield's Thomas Embling Hospital, attacked the female doctor with a knife inside his unit.
